Legislative Representation – Represents the needs of local governments and business interests before the Texas Legislature; works with clients to develop plans to prioritize contacts with legislative leadership, individual legislators, and agency executives. Assists clients with the development of strategic positions and arguments related to the specific issues they face. Drafts statutory changes and works in concert with other interests to achieve a coordinated and more effective effort on our clients’ behalf.
Administrative Law – Handles many types of complex business and policy issues before administrative agencies. Represents both public and private clients before federal, state, and local administrative bodies.
