BHDA Welcomes New Attorney to Litigation Team

Bickerstaff Heath Delgado Acosta LLP is pleased to announce that Sara Labashosky has joined the Firm’s litigation practice as an associate. She assists public and private entity clients in general litigation matters, insurance law, personal injury, contractual disputes, construction and property disputes, and various other tort claims in state and federal court.

Prior to joining the Firm, Sara was an attorney in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, where she represented clients in various civil litigation matters involving construction accidents, property damage, products liability, premises liability, medical malpractice, and motor vehicle accident claims.

Sara received her J.D. from Villanova University School of Law and her B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh.
