Susan Maxwell Presents at Texas Water Law CLE
BHDA partner Susan Maxwell recently presented at the 9th Annual Texas Water Law Conference hosted by CLE International. The conference offered key updates on Texas surface water and groundwater issues from leading water lawyers and other industry leaders. Susan’s presentation focused on a surface water law litigation update, including the ongoing Texas v. New Mexico litigation at the U.S. Supreme Court, and recent case law developments related to TCEQ surface water permitting and judicial review of those decisions.
