Gregory Miller Discusses Green Bonds at Public Finance Conference
Attorney Gregory Miller recently participated in a panel discussion on green bonds at the Bond Buyer’s Texas Public Finance Conference in Austin. The panel was moderated by Rick Holzinger, Head of Investor Relations at Build America Mutual and included panelists from S&P Global Ratings, North American Development Bank, and First Environment.
Gregory’s portion of the discussion focused on aspects of disclosure that are unique to green bond offerings. Other panelists offered guidance on the role of green bonds within the national and global municipal bond market, the North American Development Bank’s experience with green bonds in Texas, and current efforts to standardize reporting on green bond projects.
The Bond Buyer (producer of the conference) reaches more than 75,000 municipal finance professionals: issuers, government officials, investors — all players on the “deal team.” The Bond Buyer also offers in-depth education about cutting-edge public-finance topics to Executive & Senior Management decision makers. The full agenda for this year’s conference can be found here.
