David Méndez Presents at County Conference

BHDA attorney David Méndez recently presented at the Northeast Texas Continuing Education Conference hosted by the Texas A&M Agrilife Extension. The conference offered training sessions planned specifically for county judges, commissioners, auditors and human resources personnel.

David presented the topic Capital Purchases Over Consecutive Budget Years, which explores alternative options of preparing for capital expenditures while leveling–or in some cases, reducing–the overall ad valorem tax rate and transactional costs for the county. David’s full presentation is available here.
