BHDA Attorneys to Present at Land Use Conference
Attorneys Gregory Miller and Gunnar Seaquist are scheduled to present at the UT Law CLE’s Land Use Conference on April 25-26, 2019. The two-day conference will cover key issues, strategies, challenges, tools, and opportunities facing municipalities, counties, and developers.
Gregory Miller will present as part of the panel discussion Financing Analysis and Requirements for Economic Development Projects at 9:15 a.m. on April 26. Specifically, Gregory will focus on what planning professionals need to know about green bonds, which are a financing tool being used to fund and promote the efforts of local governments to reduce carbon emissions and to develop infrastructure that is resilient to climate change.
Gunnar Seaquist and Don Knight (Assistant City Attorney, Dallas) will present Cell Site Applications in a 5G World: Reconciling State and Federal Rules at 3:00 p.m. on April 26. Gunnar’s portion of the presentation will primarily focus on a litigation update over Texas Local Government Code Chapter 284.
