BHDA Assists LCRA in Skull Creek Cleanup

BHDA attorneys Josh Katz and Gunnar Seaquist recently assisted the Lower Colorado River Authority to obtain injunctive relief In Travis County District court to address the ongoing hydrocarbon contamination of Skull Creek, a tributary of the Colorado River which is located in Colorado County, Texas. The temporary injunction orders Inland Environmental and Remediation to cease all discharges into the Creek, remove contaminated sediment from the Creek, and immediately start a site investigation and cleanup process.  This is an important step in remediating an extremely hazardous contamination site that impacts the waterways of Texas.
