Biography

Catherine Brown Fryer practices in the areas of employment law, insurance law, and administrative law. She assists clients in all aspects of employment law counseling including issues related to hiring, termination, employment policies and complaints. She also handles matters before administrative agencies and the EEOC as well as in state and federal court. Her administrative practice includes rulemaking, contested case hearings, and general agency-related matters. Ms. Fryer's administrative practice includes both professional licensing and a broad range of insurance-related proceedings.
