Attorney Bob Heath presented at the ABA Annual Meeting in Chicago on Election Cycle Challenges and published paper on Election Law

C. Robert “Bob” Heath recently spoke at the 2015 American Bar Association (ABA) Annual Meeting in Chicago, Illinois on the topic of “The New Normal in Electoral Access & Political Participation: Challenges Facing the 2016 Election Cycle” on July 31st. Mr. Heath’s presentation was accompanied by a paper published by the ABA in preparation for the 2015 ABA Annual Meeting entitled, “Applying a Bi-Racial Jurisprudence in a Tri-Ethnic World.
